What kinds of pests do you handle?+
Ants, cockroaches, spiders, mice, rats: the usual unwelcome crowd. We also handle termites, wasps, hornets, bed bugs and more as add-ons. Have something else making itself at home? Give us a call.
How much does pest control cost?+
Every home is different, so we price each one individually. Send us your address and we’ll get you a price within 24 hours, or call (631) 449-2554. Your price is confirmed at your free inspection, so you’ll know the number before we treat anything.
Do you offer one-time treatments or ongoing service?+
Both! Whether you need help with a current problem or regular visits to keep pests from getting comfortable, we’ll recommend what fits. If a plan would save you money in the long run, we’ll tell you, but there’s no pressure.
What if I don’t have a pest problem yet?+
That’s our favorite time to hear from you. Preventive service catches issues early, before a few uninvited guests turn into a full house.
How often will you come by?+
On a Mission and Mission Possible include 3 visits a year, and Mission Accomplished includes 4, one every season. Unfortunately, pests don’t share their calendars, so we space visits around when they’re most active.
Is there a contract?+
Yes. Plans are a 12-month commitment, and your final price is set after your free inspection, so you’ll know exactly what you’re signing up for before anything starts. Before your year is up, we’ll reach out to go over your renewal options.
How does payment work?+
Pay for the full year upfront and save 10%, or be billed as you go: 3 times a year on On a Mission and Mission Possible, or quarterly on Mission Accomplished.
What if pests come back between visits?+
Call or text us. On Mission Possible and Mission Accomplished, service calls between visits are included at no charge. On On a Mission, plan members get discounted rates on extra visits.
Do plan members get a discount on add-ons?+
Yes. Plan members get 10% off add-ons like termites, wasp nests and bed bugs.
What about my kids and pets?+
They belong there. The pests don’t. Before treatment, we’ll explain any precautions, including whether children and pets need to stay away from treated areas and for how long.
Do I need to do anything before you arrive?+
No need to roll out the welcome mat. Depending on the treatment, you may need to clear certain areas, put food away, or give us access to affected spaces. We’ll send any instructions ahead of time.
Do you work with businesses and restaurants?+
Absolutely. Your tables are for paying guests. We service homes, restaurants and businesses, with visits scheduled around your hours.
Uninvited guests showed up. Can you get here ASAP?+
