Mission Exterminating LLC ("Mission", "we") runs missionexterminating.com. These terms cover the use of this website. They are not the terms of the work itself: that is set out in the agreement we give you before we start.
Prices and estimates
Any price on this site, and any figure we give you from a form or over the phone, is an estimate based on what you have told us. Pests, properties and infestations differ, and what a job actually needs is what the inspection finds. The price that counts is the one in the written estimate or agreement you accept before any work begins.
Requests are not appointments
Sending a form or leaving a message starts a conversation. It does not book a visit. A visit is booked when we have spoken to you and confirmed a date and a time, and either of us can change it if something comes up.
The work
What we treat, how we treat it, what we ask you to do before and after a visit, and anything we promise about follow-up visits are all set out in the agreement for your job. Nothing on this website adds to that agreement or takes anything away from it. Descriptions here of pests and of how they are usually dealt with are general, and are not advice about your property.
Getting in
We can only treat what we can reach. If a visit is booked, someone needs to give us access to the property and to the areas being treated, and anyone else living or working there should know we are coming.
Calls, texts and emails
If you send a request through this site you agree to hear back from us about it by phone, text or email. How that works, and how to stop it, is set out in our privacy policy.
What you send us
Please do not send anything confidential through a form on this site, and please do not send photographs that are not yours to send. What we do with what you send is in the privacy policy.
Our words and photographs
The writing, photography and marks on this site belong to Mission. Link to any page you like and share one anywhere you like. Please do not republish the photographs or lift the text onto another site.
Where this site sends you
Some links leave this site, to Google and to our social accounts. Those are not ours to run, and their own terms and privacy policies apply the moment you arrive.
Keeping it accurate
We keep this site current and we would rather hear about a mistake than leave it standing. Even so, a page can be out of date between a change and the fix. If something here matters, call us on (631) 449-2554 and we will tell you how it stands today.
Liability
This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on it, from it being unavailable, or from any site we have linked to. Nothing here limits anything that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes
We update this page when what it describes changes. The date at the top is the last time we did.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and by the courts of Suffolk County, New York.
