Your privacy.

Mission Exterminating LLC ("Mission", "we") runs missionexterminating.com. This page explains what we collect when you use the site and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you send a request through one of our forms, we receive what you type in: your name, phone number, email address, the address of the home or business, what you are seeing, the days and times that work for you, and any photo you choose to attach. On the commercial form we also receive your business name, property type and number of locations.
We also record the date and time the request arrived and a shortened, one-way fingerprint of your network address, which we use only to stop automated spam. We never store your full network address.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, schedule an inspection or service visit, send you a price, and follow up about that work. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers who run this website and our email for us.
Calls, texts and emails
When you submit a form, you agree to receive calls, texts and emails from Mission about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, and you will receive no further texts. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time by calling (631) 449-2554 or emailing info@missionexterminating.com.
We do not share your phone number or your consent to receive texts with any third party for their own marketing.
Photos
A photo you attach is stored privately and used only to identify the pest and prepare for your visit. It is never published.
Analytics
We count page views on our own server, recording only the page and the site that linked to it. We set no cookies to do this.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep proper business records, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by calling or emailing us at the details below.
